Who I am and what I have done - and what I can do for you!
Kind of a dirty word these days but still an essential service as so many small labels, artists and composers find themselves lost in what is still an industry controlled by the majors.
This is still at the heart of my passion for music and where I find the most satisfaction. Indeed, working with new artists, helping to develop ideas and making great records is what drives me.
I am equally at home in project studios as well as in some of the worlds top studios including Wisseloord Studios in Holland, Galaxy Studios in Belgium and Abbey Road in London.
Well, I guess it kind of goes without saying that audio engineering has been the core of who I am since the early 1970's and I have worked on both studio and live projects for a wide variety of artists as well as managed / engineered at Sol Studios for Jimmy Page.
I get awfully passionate about this! I have had the pleasure of teaching students from all over Europe - from Stockholm to Barcelona, via Paris, Vienna, London Amsterdam and Rotterdam for SAE - and in Paris and Amsterdam for Abbey Road Institute
I have also been a regular panelist at ADE and DanceFair and regularly give workshops
Game Audio Director
I have had the pleasure of working on a number of game titles in different capacities, from music licensing for a mobile app to custom composition and sound design for console based titles.
Clients include Atari, Musigames, Panzar, IMG and others.
OK - Roadie! And proud of it. I have toured the world and elsewhere many times for artists such as Elton John, George Harrison / Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and many more.
This also includes stage and production management for festivals such as Maxidance in Moscow and touring musical productions for Barry Manilow (Digital music technician - Copacabana) and Music Hall (stage manager - Romeo and Julia)
